What is your return policy?
We carefully inspect and package each product before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, we'll replace it immediately at no cost to you. Simply contact us at inthesouthindia@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll send a replacement right away. Since our products are handcrafted and made-to-order in limited batches, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Please review product details, dimensions, and photos carefully before ordering.
