What to expect
You may notice a small dot or mark - either on the cover or one of the inner sheets. It varies unit to unit. Writing experience, ruling, and binding are unaffected.
Most A5 notebooks are made to look good on a shelf. We built this one to be carried. The dot grid doesn't tell you how to write - it gives you a grid that's there when you need it and disappears when you don't. The square grid is for the person who sketches on the side of their notes or maps things out before they explain them. The blank pages are for the rest of you.
We went with 100 gsm because anything lighter bleeds through when you switch to a fountain pen mid-trip. The lay-flat binding means you're not fighting the spine open while writing on your lap. Thread-sewn so it holds together after the pages get crinkled.
